DMCA Copyright Policy

GoMoveAbroad respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. This policy explains how we handle copyright infringement claims under the DMCA.
1. What Is Copyright Infringement?
Copyright infringement occurs when someone uses, reproduces, or distributes copyrighted material without permission. This includes:
- Text, articles, or content you did not write
- Images, photos, or graphics you did not create
- Videos or audio recordings you do not have rights to
- Software or code copied from protected sources
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
2.1 How to File a DMCA Notice
Send written notice to our Designated Agent:

- Identification of copyrighted work — title and any registration number
- Identification of infringing material — URL or description with enough detail to locate it
- Your contact information — name, email, phone, mailing address
- Statement of good faith — "I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
- Statement of accuracy — "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner."
- Your signature — physical or electronic
3. Sample DMCA Notice
To: GoMoveAbroad DMCA Agent I am the copyright owner of [TITLE OF WORK], which is protected by U.S. copyright law. I have a good faith belief that the material at [URL or description of material] infringes my copyright. I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. 4. Our Response Process
4.1 When We Receive a Valid Notice
- We remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- We notify the user who posted the content ("Alleged Infringer")
- We provide them a copy of the DMCA notice
- We inform them of our counter-notification process
4.2 Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, file a counter-notification:
- Send to: dmca@gomoveabroad.com
- Include description of material removed
- Include your name, address, email
- Statement of good faith belief in mistake
- Consent to jurisdiction
- Your signature
We may restore content after 10-14 business days unless the original complainant files a lawsuit.
5. Repeat Infringers

6. Important Notes
- We respond in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512
- We may share your notice with the Alleged Infringer
- Filing false DMCA notices is illegal and may result in liability for damages
- Using DMCA to censor legitimate content will result in counter-claims
- Copyright laws vary by country
