5.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer various subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Premium, Lifetime) with different features and pricing. Details of each tier are available on our pricing page.

5.2 Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle payments
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information

5.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
• Lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable and do not expire

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.

6.1 User Content

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Information on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current
• Defects will be corrected
• The Services will meet your requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOVE ABROAD AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Move Abroad and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and User Content
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
• You will not be entitled to refunds for unused subscription periods

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Move Abroad regarding the Services.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
